Last job I kept cutting we pay half and then making your salary people work increasingly with 40 hours of remuneration. I can work with 235 hours in 2 weeks and pay for 40 and half pay! I added up the hours I made in 1 month I was over 3 months of work on the 1 and only 1 was paid. And I am not exaggerating its actually have cots for a project so everyone had to pull all nighters! Many of my Department will sleep in their offices cuz it would be tired to drive home. I am talking about 8 am-3 pm shifts each day. If you left before midnight was scoured in.

The company had a policy of "team spirit" so we had to act positively and smiley all the time or you will lose your job. Will make things more an agonizing context having to put on a fake show from 8 a.m. to 3 morning shifts. And ONCE AGAIN paid 40 hours!

Well what I outside the first time with no notice and I had been there for close to 4 1/2 months. Then after the slow season brought me back, it was demonstrated that this was so that you don't have to pay the initial temp agency that had landed in my work. This will be scammed people will help me get a job … and then began with the wage cuts, as I mentioned earlier.

Then, who wanted to cut me less then half of what I do before and keep my salary. which about salary you have to do the legally mandated additional hours and you cannot find another job!

I felt like a child took advantage of me again and again. I looked into this Decreases and the fees they wanted to give me and the direction of the company, I would like to do more about unemployment and then will my pay checks and if I stayed in 6 months if they to me then I believe we will even lower my unemployment because of my mass payment. So I am convinced my Director of the Department to help me and just lay off me.

So you'll have to find a new job but be reaching the end of 6 months of Unemployment … so it should be extended. My problem is my old job called prior to 2 weeks and tries to hire me back the wage and salary again! Cannot function like this! If I brought back to my original pay me would … But I know they wont and if they did so in three months will give me a cut again and makes operating these insane hours.

Here are the questions … My salary may lawfully do work more than 80 hours a week to 40 hours paid year?

And as regards unemployment should take my old job back if they are in lower fees than what you originally hired me??? Take me back when invoicing I've technically at … but that was un-post so many livable pay cuts! I could not survive this! I will loose my house while working 80 hr weeks! and should at all times to find a real job and will not be allowed to find a second job. They can cancel my unemployment as a condition of type refuse a job "? This is what I'm scared.
